TAKE CARE OF YOUR WICK

Our hope is that you can enjoy your candle purchase to the fullest.  Here are a few helpful tips for you to know.

The first burn is the most important.  Try to allow the candle to burn 1 hour per inch of diameter of the actual size.  For example, if your candle's diameter is 4", allow it to burn for 4 hours on the first burn.

Before each burn, please trim the wick to 1/4".  It might be a good idea to purchase a wick trimmer from your local hobby store.

Don't place your candle near a draft such as an air condition vent, fan or open window.  Please use caution when burning candles:

1. Never try to extinguish a burning candle with water.  The hot wax reacts like hot grease and can explode.

2. Burn within sight

3. Keep away from flammable objects

4. Keep away from children and pets

5. Keep candle free of any foreign materials, including matches and wick trimmings.

6. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface.

7. Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time.

8. Stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains.
